The buyers coming to Wales that we encounter have a requirement for a real variety of land for sale. Over the years we have sold land for Equestrian Grazing and Dressage/Showjumping use, Alpaca Breeding, Grazing for Heavy Horses, Reindeer, Farmstock Animals, Wetland to create ponds/lakes, and in one case 57 Acres purely for dog walking purposes! Alternatively many of our buyers simply wish to buy land adjacent to their homes in order to protect the peace and tranquillity of their own living environment.
